PwI training (Presenting with Impact – our flagship course) is a carefully-curated blend of theory, exercises and practice. At the beginning of the day we put people on camera and then we repeat this process at the end of the day so that participants can assess their own personal areas of improvement. We then offer practical tools to improve core communication skills, each one of which has an exercise to put the tool into practice. We also often break up into smaller groups in order to encourage discussion, and ensure frequent breaks to maintain energy and attention. The most frequent feedback we receive is that the day “flies by”.
Our flagship course (Presenting with Impact) is a full day session, which in our experience is the ideal length for achieving real change in delegates’ confidence and skills. The session can also be delivered as two half days to fit your needs. We offer shorter sessions for 1:1s and other courses, including media training and courageous conversations. While there is always a desire to make training as ‘bitesize’ as possible, there is also a balance to be struck so that the benefits and the investment is not lost by a session being squeezed in between meetings.
Give us a call on 0117 476 9797 to find out! Typically our diary is booked up for the next 3-4 months. But if you have a more urgent request, we always try to be as flexible as possible so please inquire.
As our sessions are bespoke, we don’t have a fixed ‘per session’ or ‘per delegate’ cost. However the typical bracket we operate in is £5,000-£8,000 per course. We would be more than happy to discuss your request and put together a detailed proposal and quote for you.
We often work with organisations who bring together a wide range of experiences, and we are skilled at tailoring sessions to get the best out of everyone in the room, from highly accomplished to first timers.
We strongly believe in creating and delivering courses and workshops that are inclusive and accessible. We have continually adapted our programmes to suit a diverse range of audiences, recognising that different people and different brains work in different ways. Through the pre-work we ask participants to complete, we are able to identify the specific needs and learning preferences of participants and adapt accordingly. We strive to create a safe space that helps participants step out of their comfort zone in an environment where they feel supported.
We work closely with you to tailor both the content and format to your team, for example we can split our day-long sessions into half-day workshops. Please contact us for more information about this.
We appreciate that taking time for personal or team development can be seen as a luxury and not always a necessity, which is why we design our courses to deliver immediate wins, to demonstrate their value. Time after time we have proven that our innovative strategies help companies and individuals to work more effectively, saving you time in the long term. Seeing these countless ‘a-ha’ moments is incredibly rewarding for us as trainers.
Yes! We are happy to offer packages of one-to-ones, or individual coaching for teams, to allow for a personalised and highly tailored experience.
Absolutely. Prior to training, we can take a briefing from you to gain an understanding of the challenges being faced. We can also discuss upweighting specific sections or adding in additional material.
No prior experience is required – we have trained everyone from interns to CEOs and leading public figures. The most important contributor to success is attitude and a good attitude is what we appreciate and value the most as trainers. It is important to remember that success in these courses will look different for everyone – not all participants will have the same transformations and that is completely fine.
We always invite participants to complete a short survey prior to the training in which they share what they want to get out of the course. We also ask them to detail their unique strengths and challenges, as well as asking them to identify a presentation to bring with them. This is then used by the participant in the training so that all the learnings are instantly applicable and practical.
Feedback from delegates says that the unique data we provide them with – personalised pitch, pace and sentence analysis – is something that stays with them for months and years after the training. The worksheets and materials used during the session are also provided as an aide memoir, and trainers respond to any follow-up questions by email, or work with individuals 1:1 over a course of six months to keep refreshing the learning. Finally, we invite delegates to sign up to a twice a year email which brings the learning back to the top of their inbox and mind, offering fresh tips.
All delegates receive a post course pack containing a copy of the course materials, templates, toolkits and a handout with key tips. We also provide the video files we captured during the training, upon request.
We understand that you may need to make changes before a training session, and we always try to accommodate this.
28 days’ notice: Preparation and pre-booked travel costs will be incurred if meeting is cancelled and not rescheduled within a calendar month.
14 days’ notice: 50% of delivery costs, 100% preparation and pre-booked travel costs will be incurred.
7 days’ notice: 100% of delivery costs, preparation and pre-booked travel costs will be incurred.
Additional travel and preparation costs may be incurred if the meeting date changes. Any pre-agreed third-party costs incurred by The 100th Monkey on your behalf may be chargeable. We strive to remain as flexible as possible and will work with you to reschedule a cancelled meeting to a mutually convenient date.
In the unlikely event that The 100th Monkey needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as train strikes or trainer sickness, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. No additional costs will be incurred due to this rescheduling.
We are a secure and cyber compliant business, accredited under the Cyber Essentials Plus scheme. We retain footage from sessions for two weeks to allow delegates time to download their videos if required, after which it is deleted from our systems.
Having worked for more than a decade with police, government and publicly listed pharmaceutical companies, we are experienced at working in secure and compliant environments.
Our on-site requirements will depend on the size of the group, but we typically need a large meeting room with space for standing exercises. For larger sessions we require a second ‘break out room’ so we can split into smaller groups. We bring all our own tech and equipment with us.
We can offer sessions at your offices or at a location convenient for participants. Alternatively, we are also happy to source and book independent meeting rooms or studio facilities.
Trainer availability varies by date but you are of course welcome to indicate your trainer preferences and we will try our best to accommodate this. However, all our team are highly skilled and you will have fantastic outcomes from all of our trainers.
Depending on the potential scale of the training programme you are envisaging, we are able to offer taster sessions to give people a better sense of the different courses and their benefits. Please contact us for more information regarding this.
We have received fantastic feedback for both formats and the quality and outcomes of both courses are the same. Offering both face to face and virtual sessions allows us to tailor the course to suit delegate preferences, which differ by team and organisation. It also helps us to equip participants to be confident communicators in our increasingly hybrid world.

Because every delegate receives 1:1 video-led practice and feedback from our trainers, we prefer to have 3-4 delegates max per trainer – so a max of 8 delegates for 2 trainers and 12 delegates for 3 trainers. We are able to host larger numbers for differing styles of training (seminar, etc).
