• How soon can I book in a session?

  Give us a call on 0117 476 9797 to find out! Typically our diary is booked up for the next 3-4 months. But if you have a more urgent request, we always try to be as flexible as possible so please inquire.

• How does a face-to-face session compare to a virtual session?

  We have received fantastic feedback for both formats and the quality and outcomes of both courses are the same. Offering both face to face and virtual sessions allows us to tailor the course to suit delegate preferences, which differ by team and organisation. It also helps us to equip participants to be confident communicators in our increasingly hybrid world.

• How do you make the learning stick beyond the session itself?

  Feedback from delegates says that the unique data we provide them with – personalised pitch, pace and sentence analysis – is something that stays with them for months and years after the training. The worksheets and materials used during the session are also provided as an aide memoir, and trainers respond to any follow-up questions by email, or work with individuals 1:1 over a course of six months to keep refreshing the learning. Finally, we invite delegates to sign up to a twice a year email which brings the learning back to the top of their inbox and mind, offering fresh tips.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  We understand that you may need to make changes before a training session, and we always try to accommodate this.

  28 days’ notice: Preparation and pre-booked travel costs will be incurred if meeting is cancelled and not rescheduled within a calendar month.
  14 days’ notice: 50% of delivery costs, 100% preparation and pre-booked travel costs will be incurred.
  7 days’ notice: 100% of delivery costs, preparation and pre-booked travel costs will be incurred.

  Additional travel and preparation costs may be incurred if the meeting date changes. Any pre-agreed third-party costs incurred by The 100th Monkey on your behalf may be chargeable. We strive to remain as flexible as possible and will work with you to reschedule a cancelled meeting to a mutually convenient date.

  In the unlikely event that The 100th Monkey needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as train strikes or trainer sickness, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. No additional costs will be incurred due to this rescheduling.

• Do you have a price list / rate card?

  As our sessions are bespoke, we don’t have a fixed ‘per session’ or ‘per delegate’ cost. However the typical bracket we operate in is £5,000-£8,000 per course. We would be more than happy to discuss your request and put together a detailed proposal and quote for you.

• How long does a typical session last? And can it be varied?

  Our flagship course (Presenting with Impact) is a full day session, which in our experience is the ideal length for achieving real change in delegates’ confidence and skills. The session can also be delivered as two half days to fit your needs. We offer shorter sessions for 1:1s and other courses, including media training and courageous conversations. While there is always a desire to make training as ‘bitesize’ as possible, there is also a balance to be struck so that the benefits and the investment is not lost by a session being squeezed in between meetings.

• Can a pilot or sample course be provided?

  Depending on the potential scale of the training programme you are envisaging, we are able to offer taster sessions to give people a better sense of the different courses and their benefits. Please contact us for more information regarding this.
